GELSYN-3 is a three-injection hyaluronic acid therapy that provides safe, long-lasting relief from joint pain and stiffness, along with consistent, long-term benefits.9,14

Developed by hyaluronic acid manufacturing technology, GELSYN-3 eliminates the risk of allergies and sensitivities that can occur with animal-derived hyaluronic acid. And it has been specially formulated for a level of viscosity that may maximize joint lubrication.9,14,36

GELSYN-3 has been clinically proven to reduce osteoarthritis knee pain and stiffness for up to 6 months.9 HA, as used in GELSYN-3, may delay total knee replacement surgery for knee osteoarthritis patients.9,12

DUROLANE, GELSYN-3 and SUPARTZ FX are indicated for the treatment of pain in osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee in patients who have failed to respond adequately to conservative non-pharmacological therapy or simple analgesics, e.g., acetaminophen. Risks include general knee pain and pain at the injection site.

Summary of Indications for Use:
DUROLANE is indicated for the treatment of pain in osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee in patients who have failed to respond adequately to conservative non-pharmacological therapy or simple analgesics, e.g. acetaminophen.

Do not inject DUROLANE in patients with knee joint infections, skin diseases, or other infections in the area of the injection site. Do not administer to patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to sodium hyaluronate preparations. Risks can include transient pain or swelling at the injection site.

DUROLANE has not been tested in pregnant or lactating women, or children.
